The Last of Us 2: How to Find the Strange Artefact

Go inside the Ruby Dragon early on in the Hostile Territory chapter. You'll find it a little further down the street from the Jasmine Bakery. Head upstairs and crawl under the blockade in order to enter a room with Clickers inside it. Kill them, and then jump across the gap into a building on the opposite side of the street.

On top of a box in the first room, you'll find an Artefact named Jasmine Bakery Safe. Go into the next room, and you'll see a hole in the floor. Don't fall down yet; instead investigate the table pushed against the wall. You'll find the Strange Artefact on it, in front of a discarded fan. Collect it to unlock the Relic of the Sages Trophy.
