Hogwarts Legacy was a feat of sales magic, dislodging Call of Duty to become the best-selling game of the year in the U.S. in 2023, leading to the inevitable announcement that more Harry Potter games are already in the works. As Warner Bros. wizarding simulator approaches its first anniversary, previously PlayStation-exclusive content will be made available on all platforms later this Summer, and is teasing "additional updates and features" for the coming months.
PlayStation players might not have even been aware that that quest revolving around a spooky, haunted Hogsmeade shop was exclusive content. It had a darker tone than we expected, and it's cool to see it come to other platforms, along with the less exciting Felix Felicis potion recipe. The game's official Twitter account revealed the news and dangled the prospect of future content for all players. Sadly, we wouldn't get our hopes up dreaming of quidditch. Knowing that's the thing most players want, the powers that be have decided to package the magical sport as its own game, sold separately.
