Zenless Zone Zero, the next big thing from gacha gods HoYoverse, is officially in development for PS5. While there’s no release date just yet, the Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail maker had previously only confirmed the title would come to consoles. We’d heard on the grapevine that the Chinese developer’s existing relationship with Sony is strong, and that’s now been solidified with confirmation of a PlayStation port, alongside the previously announced smartphone and PC versions.

“Looking to push the boundaries of game design and action experience, the development team behind Zenless Zone Zero is now empowered by the cutting-edge technology and hardware capabilities of PS5 to continue crafting an enchanting virtual world,” the press release reads. “A brand-new immersive experience awaits as Proxies embark on their adventure in New Eridu and engage in thrilling Hollow battles.”
