As Sony's strategic vision increasingly grows to encompass PC players, it should come as no surprise that studios like Guerrilla would want to leverage the latest tech to make their games look and run as well as mechanically possible. The already gorgeous Horizon Forbidden West is getting a Complete Edition (due out in early 2024), and tech company Nvidia has revealed that for players with its premium graphics cards, the title will support the company's proprietary Deep Learning Super Sampling technology, allowing for supercharged visuals and performance.

Increasingly, bleeding-edge games on PC support DLSS 3, with the likes of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Alan Wake 2, and Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty already leading the pack. The tech is exclusive to Nvidia's RTX 40 series of GPUS, which, for the really good stuff, will cost you a small fortune.

What do you think of this bold new multi-platform future for Sony's first party? Will you be checking out Horizon Forbidden West on PC when it arrives? Be sure to update your drivers before heading to the comments section below.
