GTA Online: How to Get Rich with Warehouse Management

Before you dig into Warehouse Management at the Nightclub, you're going to need to own one. You can find out the Best Nightclub to Buy through the link. The best way to make money from the Nightclub is to get rich with Warehouse Management and decide on the best goods to assign to Warehouse Technicians. Paying for Renovations through Maze Bank Foreclosures that increase the size of your storage facility will allow you to Sell Goods in larger quantities. Your Warehouse Management ties into other businesses you may own elsewhere in GTA Online. They are:

• Cargo and Shipments: Special Cargo Warehouses or Smuggler's Hangars
• Sporting Goods: Gunrunning Bunkers
• South American Imports: Cocaine Lockups
• Pharmaceutical Research: Methamphetamine Labs
• Organic Produce: Weed Farms
• Printing & Copying: Document Forgery Offices
• Cash Creation: Counterfeit Cash Factories

You can hire up to five Warehouse Technicians to manage each business. They will work completely independently while you attend to other tasks in Los Santos, and do not have any influence on the Supplies and Product of these businesses elsewhere. Think of these as bonus goods.

You can upgrade the Nightclub with the Equipment Upgrade to increase the productivity of your Warehouse Technicians, meaning that they'll create goods quicker. You can also buy the Staff Upgrade to reduce the speed at which Warehouse Popularity declines and employ a Security Upgrade to reduce the likelihood of your Nightclub being raided and Product being lost. We'd recommend at least investing in the Equipment Upgrade.

GTA Online: Best Goods to Assign to Warehouse Technicians

As mentioned above, you can only assign five Warehouse Technicians to a potential seven types of Goods. To get rich with Warehouse Management the best goods to assign to Warehouse Technicians are: South American Imports, Cargo & Shipments, Pharmaceutical Research, Sporting Goods, and Cash Creation.

Once you've set all this up, your Warehouse Technicians will work passively to create goods. Once you've filled your storage facility, or you're happy with the amount of product you have available, you can choose to Sell Goods. You can either launch missions independently depending on the type, or sell everything in one go. You'll make more money if you adopt the former strategy, but will save time with the latter. Do keep in mind that Tony will take a 10 per cent cut of whatever profit you make.

Once you're ready to Sell Goods, select the option from the Nightclub Management menu in your Nightclub Office. This will launch a mission within the Public Lobby where you'll need to deliver the Product within a time limit. Do keep in mind that other players will be notified of what you're doing, and your location will be marked on the map. This means you can be attacked, and may even have your Product hijacked. GTA Online: How to Deliver More Cargo and Upgrade Your Delivery Vehicle

If you want to increase the amount of cargo you can deliver in a single Sell Goods mission, then you can buy the Mule Custom and Pounder Custom from Warstock Cache & Carry. You'll get a Speedo Custom for free as part of your Nightclub.

In order to upgrade your Delivery Vehicle, use the lift in the Nightclub and select Basement 1, which acts as a Delivery Vehicle Garage. Get inside your Delivery Vehicle and press right on the d-pad to open the Vehicle Workshop. This allows you to purchase Armor, which will make it significantly more difficult for players in the Public Lobby to destroy your cargo.
