Elden Ring: All Golden Seed Locations

What are all Golden Seed locations in Elden Ring? How do you upgrade the Sacred Flask? Just like in previous games out of FromSoftware, your Sacred Flask is used to either regain Health or FP (Focus Points). As you progress further, you'll want to have as many Sacred Flasks as possible in order to survive for longer. In this Elden Ring guide, we're going to reveal all Golden Seed locations.

Elden Ring: All Golden Seed Locations

Golden Seeds are used to upgrade your Sacred Flask, allowing you to heal yourself more times before returning to a Site of Grace, regardless of your Starting Class. These Golden Seeds are located throughout the open world, and you'll be able to spot them by looking out for small, yellow trees that glow on the ground. They always have a Golden Seed sitting underneath them. You can upgrade your Sacred Flask to be used up to a maximum of 14 times.

When you have one, head to a Site of Grace to upgrade the Sacred Flask. In the menu, you'll want to select Flasks, and then Add Charge to Flask. This will increase the number of uses for the Sacred Flask by one. As you upgrade it more and more, more Golden Seeds will be required for each level up. At its peak, you'll need five Golden Seeds to gain another charge.

Your first Golden Seed should be your Starting Keepsake (See Also: Best Keepsake and All Starting Items Explained). Listed below are all Golden Seed locations out in the open world. Simply interact with them by pressing the Triangle button to pick them up.

Limgrave: All Golden Seed Locations

Listed below are all Golden Seed locations in Limgrave. We have provided a general description of their locations along with a picture of the map to explain exactly where to go.

Golden Seed	Location	Map Description
1	Dropped by the Ulcerated Tree Spirit boss at the bottom of the Fringefolk Hero's Grave. You'll need Stonesword Keys to get down there.
2	After passing under the gates at Stormgate and fighting off the enemies and the troll there, you'll come up a hill along the path and happen upon a clearing. On your right will be a glowing yellow tree. Underneath it will be Golden Seed #2.
3	To the right of the fort in the southern part of Limgrave. The Golden Seed is placed under a glowing tree out in the field. On the map, this location is called Fort Haight.
4	Just south of the Site of Grace named Castle Morne Rampart is a rocky platform on your right just off the main path to the castle. There will also be a tall enemy firing arrows at you ahead. Climb up to the platform and claim the Golden Seed.
5	After helping Roderika and unlocking her as a merchant in Roundtable Hold, return to the Stormhill Shack where you met her. Where she stood will be a Golden Seed.

Stormveil Castle: All Golden Seed Locations

6	From the Site of Grace named Secluded Cell, take a left down the staircase and past the enemies there. The Golden Seed will be directly in front of you, in between two larger trees.
7	Beneath the Stormveil Castle courtyard. From the Liftside Chamber, head towards the courtyard, take a sharp right, and drop down into the foggy depths below. Dispatch the rats and continue to drop down into a chasm where a miniboss awaits. Defeat the boss to make this Golden Seed yours.

Caelid: All Golden Seed Locations

9	On the road heading down to the Redmane Castle across the water. The glowing tree is just southeast of the Site of Grace called Caelid Highway South.
10	Just southeast of the Bestial Sanctum. There's a chance you'll be teleported here, or you can simply take the road up from Limgrave.
11	Dropped by the Putrid Tree Spirit in the War-Dead Catacombs. You'll gain access after beating Starscourge Radahn.

Liurnia of the Lakes: All Golden Seed Locations

Listed below are all Golden Seed locations in Liurnia of the Lakes. We have provided a general description of their locations along with a picture of the map to explain exactly where to go.

12	In amongst the ruins of various buildings stands a glowing tree with the Golden Seed underneath. To the west of the Academy Gate Town icon on the map.
13	Just after the boss fight against the Red Wolf of Radagon, you'll come across a courtyard containing lots of small crab-like creatures. Run around to the left and below the bridge and the glowing tree will be next to some enemies. A Golden Seed is planted underneath.
14	At the Academy of Raya Lucaria, fast travel to the Main Academy Gate. You'll now want to head northeast along the broken path. At the end will be a Golden Seed.
15	At the Caria Manor in the northwest corner of the Liurnia of the Lakes. It's in the outdoor area just after the Site of Grace called Manor Upper Level.
16	Down on the river bed just west of the Grand Lift of Dectus. To get down there, you'll need to start back at The Ravine Site of Grace and work your way through. A Golden Seed will be right in front of you as you come to a clearing with some houses.

Altus Plateau: All Golden Seed Locations

Listed below are all Golden Seed locations in Altus Plateau. We have provided a general description of their locations along with a picture of the map to explain exactly where to go.

17	Just to the left of the Site of Grace called Erdtree-Gazing Hill.
18	Just north of the Site of Grace named Altus Highway Junction.
19 + 20	Directly next to the Site of Grace named Outer Wall Phantom Tree are both Golden Seed #17 and Golden Seed #18. Two all at once? This game is so generous!
21 + 22	Just up the street from Golden Seed #17 and Golden Seed #18 are another two Golden Seeds. The game is dishing them out all of a sudden.
23	Just north of the Site of Grace called Seethewater River. You need to get onto the dried-up riverbed to access this place. Easiest to access from the Site of Grace named Erdtree-Gazing Hill.
24	From the Site of Grace named Ninth Mt. Gelmir Campsite, climb the ladder to find a boss fight. You can skip it and jump across the gap to the right of the arena. Head down another drop over there and Golden Seed #21 will be in front of you.

Leyndell, Royal Capital: All Golden Seed Locations

25	Just south of the Site of Grace named West Capital Rampart. Beware of the enemies that surround it, however.

Mountaintops of the Giants: All Golden Seed Locations

26	On the main path up to the Grand Lift of Rold. You'll see it just on your right as you walk up.
27	Dropped by the Ulcerated Tree Spirit at the end of the Giants' Mountaintop Catacombs.
28	From the Site of Grace called Ancient Snow Valley Ruins, continue north to the frozen river. Head right, and you should see a giant appear. From where it came from, there's a tree with a Golden Seed below it.
29	In the western section of the Mountaintops of the Giants, after you've used the Grand Lift of Rold to get there. As you're following the lights up to Ordina, Liturgical Town, you'll happen across a large carriage being escorted by soldiers and pulled by two giants. In this area will be the Golden Seed.

Siofra River: All Golden Seed Locations

30	Just south of the Below the Sell Site of Grace and across the rocky bridge.
31	On the other side of the drop in front of the Site of Grace named Palace Approach Ledge-Road. Head down the slope to your right, then follow the wall along to your left. Once you come out into the open lake, take another left and the Golden Seed will be in front of you on a rock.

Crumbling Farum Azula: All Golden Seed Locations

32	From the Site of Grace named Dragon Temple Rooftop, you'll drop down into an area with a dragon and lots of birds in it. When you get to the same platform as the dragon, take an immediate left and climb up the rock to the side. The Golden Seed will be in the centre of this area in amongst some rubble.
